How to connect Freshdesk and akin

Connecting akin and Freshdesk

Step 1: Go to your Freshdesk account. Click on the Marketplace icon in the horizontal menu and go to Marketplace Apps.

Step 2: Type akin into the search bar and click on the akin AI Agent. Then click install.

Step 3: Once the akin AI Agent is installed, open one of the tickets you want to resolve.

Step 4: Click on the little akin logo integrated in the horizontal menu.

Step 5: Wait 5-10 sec. Review the answer the AI agent drafted for you and edit/click send.
